You need to contact your service provider, as they would be able to assist you with your email. If they will not, then you need to sit down at a computer workstation, and see if you can manually gain access to the account (password is correct, with correct username). If you cannot do either of these, I am not certain we could be able to help you. If you can log into the account on a workstation, but not the mobile, go to the account support page and look to verify the account is set up correctly.
