Good question!

It's a scam ! The download is free but when you get to install it, it will ask you for a product key. Hence, the download is free but the software is not.

Should it be free, no doubt it has been filled by malware.

Adobe Photoshop no longer supports CS6 and in my view this download is totally illegal, a criminal offence punishable by law.

Never but never download software which immediately installs on your machine without being able to scan it for malware.

I strongly recommend you do not download this crap.

It is 100% Safe to download and install. As the website clearly mention in the Disclaimer section that it does not provide the action key, crack etc. It only provide the trial version offline installer.
Make sure your antivirus work when you download and install softwares from such third party websites.
