PC turns on then back off without display

Hello,

So I switched all my components to a new mobo and once I got everything hooked up I turn it on and no display. All fans are working it’s not the monitor on hdmi. Tried switching ram around one stick at a time and removing gpu and plugging hdmi to mobo. Pc stays on for about 45 second and turns back off and repeats. Please help.

Cpu: i5 8400
Gpu: 1060 6gb
Mobo: Asrock z390m itxac
Ram: Gskill 2666 2x 8gb

Do the specification of all parts meet the MOBO specs?

Yes it’s the same mobo I had before. I just had to switch due to my friend bending pins in my pcie slot

Gotcha. Did you use an ESD strap when replacing the components?
