Disabled – Ineligible

Hello,
my facebook account Disabled – Ineligible for my fault. now I am want to open this accout, because it is very important account for me & my organization. but when I try to open this, that time need my mail id which is already include in my account. but in my account any mail id not updated.
so pls tell me how can I open my account without mail id.
