IP pinging problem

Hello,
Dear Team,

i have problem with some IP address pinging.

I am working in 'A' class network. I am contected to router, also working with all intranet side, but I cant ping with some PC's which is working in same locatin and same network. So plz suggest me, what can I do.
Some day befor I can ping with all PC's. I am upgrade my system win2000 to WIN XP befor last two days.

Please specify which os are the other pc's using? Give me more details about your network system!

you check your firewall. In some time the firewall is on when ping is reply to another side p.c..
