Hello,

I want to unlock hardware and software (cd) of laptop Asus ( X 533M) as it was purchased from the store . kindly help me to sort it out from the problem.

Hi,

Are you trying to unlock the CD drive of your laptop? If so, do you need to change the default locked region code?
