Hello,

I have a website, I want a script which can enable a person to upload his .html file and submit it, The script then automatically replaces a text from that .html and save it and then at the moment give the viewer that file. The viewer download that file and save it.

since the change will happen on server, you should tell more about server and whats editor is available and what script it will support etc

I am on a shared reseller. Dont know much about it. I think it will support all. I would really appreciate if you could help me more.

You need to know about the server and what one can do on that server. Without that I dont see how any one can even try to tackle the issue.
