Hi,
The good news for you is that your PC isn't hacked. The mshome.net domain is owned by Microsoft and is used when you use internet connection sharing. It will allow your other devices to use your PC's network connection.
To disable internet connection sharing, go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections. Select your network adapter and choose Properties > Sharing then uncheck Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection.
