Recovery usb flash

Hello,
i have a toshiba l300 laptop and i need a recovery disk but idont have one , now my friend gave me a recovery wizard so can i send the recovery wizard to a flash driver and boot it from f12 manager? and how to do so ?

Hello,

Normally you will need the recovery disk to recover your machine to factory settings!

I will advise you to format your pc
