Hello,
I like to upgrade my notebook computer RAM to 2GB ,Now it has 1 GB (PC3200) in one slot and 256(2100) RAM in other slot . . The speed is 266/200pin sodimm .Here How much Ram can I upgrade at the Maximum? by replacing 265 RAM? system configration details are given below

if you are using two rams in two slots its best that you use the same ram ( for eg 1gb in each slot ) using different capacity rams in one pc has been known to cause a lot of problems, your pc could even crash causing you to loose valuable data. i think you can upgrade it to 4 gbs ie 2gbs in each slot, though if you are using xp you do not need so much ram, just 2gbs of ram will do if you are using xp.
