Deleted all folders of SD card

Hello,
My SD car of Sandisc was affected with virus.I scanned with avast and unfortunately deleted all the Folders like DISC Cannon 100 etc.Now My PC cannot detect the card any more.please help me ,ho can I re install those.My camera is able to detect,but the PC cannot

hi there,

format the memory card on the camera

or from a mobile phone

all default folders will be created

or reinstall driver and format it from there
