Hello, i have mobile n 82 big  chaina i needed a new software and update for my mobile can you help me please becouse i can not put any program in my mobile and i can not go internet in old software my friend have this mobile but have internet help me please

Chinese mobiles don't support any other applications. This is a common problem that all

its users are facing. Please contact your manufacturer in order to have more details
