Downloading inmobile but not able to install

Hello,
I am downloading game,software in my ,mobile n73 (m.e) but when i am going to install it ..it starting to install but before finishing it showing the message that the thing is 'unable to install' and also asking for the access point...please help anyone...

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please consider checking the format of the application in order to know

whether the format is supported by the phone. For N73, the applications

should normally be of Symbian language.
