Downloding speed problem

Hello,
sir am using data one broadband service..my modem is nokia siemens networks...i have a problem of downloading speed..after few minutes my downloading speed stopped at 0 bytes per second...and many times my net surfing is dissconnected

hi there,

this is a network issue if you are being disconnected

please check your cable connections and also contact your ISP
