PC Suite is not connecting

Hello,

I am able connect(micro max Q3)from Mobile to my desktop,with the help of USB cable for the internet connection. Only my phone is getting charged,

I'm able to connect to the PC , But i want use the Mobile to Upload & Download from my desktop..

Please can any one help me to solve this problem.

hi there,

you must install pc suite for the mobile phone

use driver cd or download it from manufacturer website
