Password on laptop

Hello,

I just bought a second hand DELL Latitude laptop and it already contains a password set by its previous owner. The guy is currently abroad and I need to use the laptop for business purposes. How can I do to remove his password?

you have to remove the CMOS battery.

do a google search for you laptop model and the words remove cmos battery.
