My Comp has a different language

Hello, my comp is in Chinese(simplified), could anyone tell me how to change it to english? Thanks for any help given to me, please email the instructions to change the language to English to me.

Dear Darren,

Please get to Regional and Language settings in the Control

Panel and change the laguage to English. If ever you are

having any trouble navigating, please get guided by the use

of the icons.
