How to use Recovery discClosed

Hello,

Im trying to use the recovery disc but it won't let me. when i press f11 it makes me type my password and it goes to the restart page where there's safe mode and starts windows normally. I don't know what i have to do. I have a hp pavilion dv4000.

Hi there,

Enter bios setting,then change the boot sequence and make cd/dvd on boot priority,save and exit settings and restart system ,it will boot from cd/dvd ,you will be asked to press any key on keyboard else it will boot by hard disk.
