Usb drive not shown by computer

Hello,
sir when i connect my usb portable disk it is not there in my computer and is not shown there

i have a great problem i want to upload songs but it's not connecting.......plzzzzzzz tell me how to solve it

ur usb cable is not connecting to system means u have to install that drivers in ut PC. if u already installed all drivers means go to my computer, and right click on that and go to manage in that u will have yellow color question marks, then u will automatically come to know. just once check ur drivers properly, and download all new full version softwares at a2zsoftwares.com just for free only
