Hello,
I have a Toshiba Laptop that will start up when cold and run normally for
hours. Then when I immediately restart the computer it runs but the screen is dim(barely visible icons). I have replaced the inverter and the mother board and there is still a problem. The screen stays black unless the computer sits for a long time (overnight) in my basement (50F). A external monitor does work though and computer functions normally with it. The cpu temperatures normally hold at 40 C unless stressed then they may go to 60 C

The battery is fully charged. I did notice the time cock seems not to hold time.

What do you think?
