What happens when you use the burn movie to recordable cd option in the save movie file in windows movie maker? Can you play it on dvd players which support VCD?
And one more thing, does Windows Movie Maker support .3gp files. If not, is there any codec for download?

Definitely it will be played provided burnt in correct format supported by player.

I want to make a VCD. Can you do it using WMM?

yes
you can save files n play them on dvds
3gp is supported by movie maker
