Help in getting links redirected

Hello,
my blog (Wordpress) and website had been infected by a virus redirecting my site through some strange Computer files screen. the virus was not recognizable through my Mac only PC. I deleted all the files before saving everything and importing everything on Wordpress. Now my problem is that all the links mentioning my blog posts and linking to my blog coming out on Google search are not linked to any of my posts, I get the "page not found". Does anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks so much. It's already frustrating to get a virus, then to reinstall everything and now it feels like it's all gone.
