Need An Advanced Option I Can't Find

Hello,

Looking for advanced excel options to change page to only copy what it displays in cells without the formulas, I only remember it was hold ctrl and something then a screen popped up and there was a ton of options then one specific one there did what I want. please help asap and thank you for the quick response on my last question.
