Broadband DNA-A211-1 problem in router....Closed

Question

Hello, 


I have a BSNL BROADBAND DNA-A211-1 and all the lights i.e., WLAN, DSL, INET and PWR are all green but within 2 mins the router restarts on its own........and then again the same problem........



Also besides this when i type 192.168.1.1 in the adress bar it asks me for the name and password which is by default set to admin (UName) admin (password) after i press enter the page just doesnt open whereby i can REBOOT my Router through advanced setup....

What do i do?? need your help urgently........

Hi,  

Contact your BSNL Service provider so that they can check whether the problem  

is with the splitter or with the router/modem. This is because  if there is a   

problem with the splitter then even if you make changes to the router, you  

will still face the problem. Tf the problem still exists even after changing the 

splitter,  then get your router/ modem replaced.
