Data cable is not connected to pc

Hello,

i have a problem with nokia 3110c. whenever i want to connect my phone to pc through data cable then no usb symbol or hardware connected symbol is shown in pc. or sometimes message is shown that your memory card is used by another application. so pls solve my problem.

Hi there,

When you connect what do you select on mobile menu ?pc suite,mass storage?have you installed pc suite on system?Did you try another usb port available at back of system instead of extended usb ports?
