Hello, i have a hp 4215 xi all in one printer that is not printing how can i fixed

1)) Start - -> Run -- type services.msc...press ok
look 4 Print Spooler .....Restart the service

2))Restart the computer while the cable is unplugged....
Replug when the computer comes back

try It Works...

Hi there,

First check if the ink is not empty ,if so replace and check connection cables,there are many steps to fix it start one by one ,then give feedback if not solved with more information what has been done till now.
