USB 2.0 Data Mass Storage

Hello,

I can not access my backed up data in this device. When i click on to it as drive E it says, "do you want to format the disk" which i do not want to do. If i right click on to properties it says it is full and shows 0kb. Please help.

Dear Eb,

There might be a corrupted material on it causing it to act like this and hence you will definitely have to get it formatted in order to have it functioning back properly.
