Hello,  

i cant do much on my sim, how do i get furniture and buy more things? when i go to the telephone it just says abouh call for a chat, invite over, job search, shop, i been playing for over 70 sim days and have $40000, i dont know what to do next, any help will be greatly appreciated.

you have to be in your house then click the chair looking icon and it will give you the option to buy new funiture, change walls and floors, and move or sell furniture. That is also where you go to upgrade your house if possibe.
