Hi there,
For this process you need to install pc suite for the mobile phone then setup a dial up connection and configure as per isp provided settings,connect mobile to pc and ready for the usage as modem,you need to have internet already activated on handset to make this work as expected.

Please do contact your network provider who will be glad to give it to you free of charge and help you configure them.
