Broken Acer monitor

Hello,
My acer screen is broken and displays black so i cannot see anything on it, I attached an external monitor to it but the monitor comes on at start up but after loading it comes off. I think the setting is the problem but i cannot see on the broken monitor screen to fix it.
What can i do to fix this problem and be able to see on the external monitor?

Dear Sir,

There might be a problem with the graphics card or other physical components on it too. Please consider sending it to a Repair Shop if you are not being able to connect it to an alternative external monitor.
