whatever i choose i cant open my laptop

Can you be more specific about the error? Which OS, Where do you stop opening?

the issue is when i open my laptop the blackscreen loads with the five choices the safemode,safemode with command prompt etc. when i picked any one of them a blue screen flash for 1 sec. and it restarded back to the black screen and i need to choose again........XP. . . . .at the windows loading page
