Cannot hear the sound from my laptop

Hello, i am sunil.i am using compaq laptop.All of a sudden i cannot hear the sound from my laptop.But when i am using headphone i am able to hear the sound.so what is the problem.plz send me the answer.

Hi there,

You need to change the settings in control panel,follow these instructions;

control panel>sound & hardware>sound>in the list now select speakers ,press on apply then ok.
