Hi please help me with my memory card problem

Hi,
I have been using Nokia N73 for last 4 years, just 4 days before i tried to update my phone through Nokia Website.
It got updated. Thanks to Nokia.
But yesterday I had a problem of a password for my memory card Mini SD 2 GB

My phone is asking me password to open my memory card, which i didn't even put.

Please help me unlock my memory card as I have a lot of important data in it.
