USER PROFILE ACTIVISATION

Hello,
my cellphone micromax q5 has gone into a headphone mode and even if I am trying
to revert to any other mode,user proile is not showing the activisation message.kindly resolve the problem.sandeep

Hi Sandy,

Your problem is somehow confusing. I understand that you should have plugged your earpiece to your mobile phone for having set it in headphone mode. For taking it out, it will be as simple as removing the Earpiece from the phone.

If ever, you have not got your earpiece connected though, it should be a bug. You will then have to get the phone restored to factory settings in order to get this bug eliminated and have your phone working back correctly.

Please try the above suggestion and if ever you see that it is not at all the situation, please bring more clarifications to your post.

thanx for responding to my querry.I had restored my factory setting however the user profile is not displaying the activisation function(only customize function displayed) and therefore the problem that I had to use earphone or loud speaker to communicate still persists.
