Hello,
whenever I go to the page to reconfigure the router's settings, i have the problem with user name and password. I can input password but not user name anyway. How can i access this further?

I suggest you use the reset switch on the router to reset to the factory default. If you don't know the factory default ID and password. It can be found using a Internet search.
