No Specified file to transfer

Hello,

I had bought a USB Stick of 32 GB and I had moved flies from it to my Laptop.Then I tried formating ,it did not got formatted But showed me the size of it correctly.I have tried all types of method like going Disk Fragmentaion , Right-click formating ,CMD Format H:,CMD Diskpart .After this it size was truned to zero with a unknown file system.I also tried using zipped file transfer and all of the methods but didnt work.I have tried in both Windows Vista and XP But didnt help.The pendrive has nothing in it but it isnt formatting nor it is working.Then I tried again to copy but shows

"cannot copy {filename}: cannot find the specified file.
Make sure you specify the correct path and file name."

Now it does not come also in disk fragmentaion or Any another method.
NEED HELP IF I COULD GET TO KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE USB STICK AND USE SLAVE DISK OR ANYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK FINE......
