Hello,
"when downloading flash player after klicking "finish" i get a error telling me that "this file does not has a program associated with it to preforming this action....." what is wrong and how can i fix it? i got windows 7 by the way! please help me!!!"

Do you face this error on all the programs or only the downloaded ones?

Anyway download this registry file

Launch it and Import it

you should be able to launch your EXE files now
