Hello,

I want to install Windows 7 on my Vista PC, but before I do, i want to flash everything!!! I want to flash my BIOS as well. So the only difference between my laptop now and when i bought it is the physical wear. How can I do this? Thanks.

Nothing changes in your BIOS so you do NOT need to flash it!

A botched BIOS flash will probably leave you motherboard inoperative and the only way to recover is to replace the BIOS chip with a new correctly programmed BIOS. I recommend BIOS flashing only to fix a known problem or when the MB manufacturer recommends it.
