My e: drive access is denied

sir
my self vikas in my windows the problem is that when i am click on the e: drive that the time the problem the one message is access is denied so please tell me a problem of this solution .......
this problem is come in my windows due to the encryption of the drive so please ......

It seems that you might have used an encryption software the contents of e drive. I think you must format the drive. Just right click the drive and then click on format. Or go to control panel and select system management components and then in that check for storage details and then press format drive. Note that u only format the e drive
