Hello, I need you give me some advice about a domain server.

I have a domain server with a live IP address. We have Exchange server installed on it and users have been created to use
e-mailing. It is working fine in LAN; but I need to make this (mail.sample.com) accessible from outside.

I mean how can I get a host for my domain while all the database and contents for website and e-mails are here on my server; so my domain is accessible on internet/outside!?
