VPN remote access failure

Hello,

Remote PC win 7 prof , unable to access via VPN to my home PC. Able to access via the same VPN from home, while the remote PC in use. For ur assistance pl

Can you provide a bit more details please.
from what i've gathered so far you cannot VPN inbound to home thats all i got.

When a user login to the PC, it is possible for me to ping the IP address of that PC remotely via vpn. This means once I login to the VPN, I can ping that PC IP address. Also using the batch file ie mstsc /v: 172.x.x.x /f /console. Once the user at the remote stop using the PC for about 15 mins, I cannot ping or even use the batch file to login to tha PC remotely.
