my keyboard and touchpad cannot working at all. but when i use mouse, it work but still i cannot use my keyboard. pls help me if anyone know what to do. i really need an assistance.

Have you spilt any fluids on your laptop?

i'm sure i dont spilt any fluids on it. i used my notebook once in the morning. but when i open it up at night, it became like that.
