Hello,
Try this 1
Add the "Guest" account in your printer security tab.
Click on "Start" --> In "Start menu", click on "Devices and Printers".
Now right-click on your "Network Printer" --> Properties --> Click on the "Security"
tab --> Click on "Add" button --> In "Enter the object names to select", type
Guest and click on "Check Names", then click on OK --> Then in "Permissions"
section --> Select your required permissions and click on OK.
