Conditional formatting of cells with dropdownlist

In column C of my spreadsheet i have created a drop down of a set of 96 locations in US. When i select a certain location from the drop down , i want column E , G & I to populate with a defined set of numbers . These numbers form the source data for my final calculation . Need help with step by step guidance on how can i achieve this ?

you prepare a data base of 96 loation and their numbers (are there three numbers then have it in the next 3 colmns)

suppose in A1 a location is entered
then use VLOOKUP in B1
