Universal drivers don't work for me

i have a universal drivers that any time i run new installation and install them it works right bat the mouse will start working very funny, so i don't know the universal drivers that i can use, can any body give me advice on how to get the correct one...

Perhaps you can try a free program called SlimDrivers. It will identify,download and install the latest drivers.
Just Google SlimDrivers for a download location.
