This happened because of several reason such as
1) you tried to access your Account from different computer/desktop
2) the location you tried to access is different from your usual location( e.g you tried to access your FB from delhi but you usually use fb from your Home-town )
3) you have used proxy to use the FB
here what you can do
2) confirm your authentication from mobile, if you have provided FB your mobile number you can easily get back your account
