My PC keeps booting in safemode.

Hey everyone. Everytime I boot my computer it says Loading Windows files and then "This system is booting innsafe mode - Minimal Services.after I enter my password and it goes onto the desktop, the screen is black and all I can see is the mouse cursor. No matter what I do it keeps booting that way, please help. Any info needed, ask.

It looks like you will need to re-install Windows.

Tried that before, it won't boot from the disk.

Then I suggest you have a trained PC tech diagnose the problem.
