Dvd writer can't read dvds made in another pc

Hello,
my hcl dvd writer reads all the dvds made previously made by my pc and other but it can't read new dvds made by my pc or another pc and shows blank although that dvd works properly in another pc. i don't know what is happen to it?

Are you using Windows to burn the CD or are you using some software?

make sure you're pressing "burn" once you've copied the files to the CD.
