sir and madam my account hasbeen disabled last night and i couldn't log in. Please sir help me to find out some solutions so that i may continue using it according to the facebook community standards.

What is the reason given to you for the account to be disabled?

That explains it. If you do not login for 30 days or more, your account is deleted. See if your page is still online.
