Account doesnt allow my password anymore

Hello,

I think my account have been compromised because it doesnt allow my password anymore and password helper keeps on giving me the altanate hotmail adress that I never used before. I dont know what to do and I ugently need importand documents on my email adress... please assist ugently. My altanate email adress is ***@***. my contacts is deleted by moderator. Please send me a massage on what to do.
